Mike Chang is a former Cloud Adoption Leader with experience across many of the IBM Cloud products and services including Bluemix, Infrastructure, Watson, API Connect, Blockchain, , VMware, Cloud Foundry, OpenStack, Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), Bluemix Garage, etc.

Mike is an IBM Cloud Advisor, with Master Level, Certified Solution Advisor and certified IBM Design Thinking Practitioner Prior to IBM, Mike worked for Microsoft with 15 years working experiences, had Leadership Experience on MS Enterprise Services Functional lead at Taiwan, Managed Services team P&L with 70 peoples scale business group. And also have experience on pre-sell lead as technical solution sales lead at Microsoft technology center as director. In change of MS Innovation Technology and Cloud Services to help customer building enterprise end to end solution, partnership with hardware & software vendors.

Familiars with Microsoft technology include Internet of things (IOT), Big Data, Machine learning , Cloud Services (Azure IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Hybrid cloud), Media Services, SAP on Azure, Modern datacenter, Enterprise UC&C and Social , Mobile Devices to apply different Industries.

ST Liew began his position as Vice President and President of Qualcomm Taiwan in October of 2016, responsible for Qualcomm’s businesses in Taiwan. Liew has more than 30 years of experience leading business and engineering teams in the telecommunications industry. Most recently, Liew was Co-President of Acer Inc.’s Smart Products Business Group, which focused on smartphones, tablets and wearable devices. Under his leadership, smartphone and tablet volumes grew several folds. Prior to that, Liew was the Associate Vice President of Acer’s EMEA Smartphone Business Unit.

Before joining Acer, Liew worked at Motorola where he held several business and technical roles, including leading Motorola’s design centers as well as in product management, product development, manufacturing and test engineering. Liew spent many years in Motorola responsible for a variety of R&D projects ranging from walkie-talkie, pagers and cellular products in markets all over the world.

Liew received his MBA from the National University of Singapore, and holds a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.

Mr. Lynch brings 20 years of communications product development experience, including 15 years of specific semiconductor IC development. As Senior VP, Product Development at Peraso Technologies, Mr. Lynch is responsible for Peraso’s WiGig product roadmap. In addition, Mr. Lynch has responsibility for all digital IC and software development. During his time at Peraso, Mr. Lynch has been a key contributor to the WiGig, 802.11ad and 802.11ay specifications. Prior to founding Peraso, Mr. Lynch was a founder of Cogency Semiconductor, a fabless semiconductor company focused on the development of modems for powerline networking. At Cogency, Mr. Lynch was primarily responsible for driving the system architecture. In this role, he made significant technical contributions to the HomePlug Powerline specification, and was recognized by the organization as a HomePlug Fellow. Upon the Intellon acquisition of Cogency, Mr. Lynch became the Director of Software Engineering at Intellon.
