He is in charge of the Telematics and Vehicular Control System Division in the Information and Communications Research Laboratories (ICL) of Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Taiwan. His division is responsible for the evolution of Telematics, including vehicular communication (i.e. DSRC), ITS platform, and ITS related applications and services, focusing on V2X communication and infotainment technology for Telematics service creation, implementation, delivery, operation and maintenance. Dr. Chiang has been in charge of Connected Vehicle and V2X project since 2008. The goal is to promote V2X technologies towards the realization of connected and automated vehicle in future transportation. Dr. Chiang holds a MS degree in electrical engineering and a PhD degree in computer science in Illinois Institute of Technology at Chicago, Illinois, USA. He is the adjunct professor giving the lecture for Vehicular Networks and Communications in National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu City, Taiwan, since 2008. He is also the Board Member in ITS Taiwan(since 2010), TTIA (since 2010) and SAE Taiwan (since 2016).

CTO, Smart Living and Applications Business Units, Bruce brings 35 years of IT, Networking and AI experience to LiteON Bruce has worked with leading automotive makers on the concept and design of the future car. As cars become more Autonomous they turn from simple ADAS, T-Box configurations into datacenter on wheels. Bruce's experience in large wireless deployments will be valuable to DSRC design and deployment. Bruce is a futurist who focuses on how AI and Robotics will impact our futures and the technologies needed to achieve these tasks.

• 何柏慶先生從2013年加入漢高電子材料事業部，現任大中華區技術服務工程師。在此之前，任職於鴻海精密消費性電子設計部門專職產品熱傳設計擁有系統散熱與散熱模組產品應用多年的經驗。此外，在散熱材料如液態填隙導熱材料，相變化，導熱膏，導熱膠，絕緣墊片和吸熱材料及點膠製程參數與工藝方面等有著豐富的經驗能提供客戶最佳的散熱解決方案。

Paul founded GMobi in early 2011 when he saw the huge demand of mobile content and software services in emerging market. Before founding GMobi, Paul worked for a global internet platform and service development team at MediaTek, responsible for building up mobile service ecosystem with Google/Facebook/Yahoo/Tencent/Baidu for MediaTek chipset. Prior to MediaTek, Paul helped Foxconn to acquire a mobile internet company so it can enter into mobile software business. Before joining Foxconn group, Paul was PocketNet CEO and successfully turn around the company in three years. During 2000 to 2005, Paul spent 6 years in Beijing working with Tom.com group, a company specialized in mobile content service with Nokia and China Mobile in China, Tom is owned by HK Tyconn Li Kashing Hutchison group. Paul received his MBA degree from Netherlands Rotterdam School of Management and a bachelor degree in Agri-Economics at National Taiwan University.

台灣大哥大行動行銷暨物聯網產品處副處長，負責台灣大哥大物聯網平台與服務的規劃與開發。擔任台灣大哥大在Bridge Alliance 物聯網工作小組的代表，成功推動跨國物聯網SIM卡切換(通稱Global eSIM的測試案) ，分別在2016年與2017年的世界移動大會(Mobile World Congress) ，分別與GMA(Global M2M Association) 及AT&T 展示對跨國eSIM的切換。此外，2016年推出Cisco Jasper SIM 管理平台，提供跨國物聯網企業客戶自動化與智慧化管理的服務，贏得多家跨國物聯網企業的採用。另外，先前在台灣大哥大的經歷，包括車隊管理的產品企劃主管，TAMedia 行動廣告平台的業務主管，mySports 智慧運動社群平台的主管等等，參與智慧家庭，智慧健康，智慧城市等物聯網專案的評估與規劃。
