Please select the "Purpose of Collection" from the "List of Specific Purposes and Categories of Personal Data under the Personal Data Protection Act" provided by the Ministry of Justice, using codes from 001 to 182. Choose the purpose that best aligns with your needs. If none of the listed purposes fit, you may create a new one.
  15. 2. Common "Purposes of Collection" for government agency projects include: "078 Project, Control, Evaluation, and Other Research Management" and "109 Education or Training Administration." Review and select the appropriate purpose based on the specific circumstances.

  19. 2. Common "Categories of Personal Data" for government projects include: "C001 Identifiable Individuals," "C038 Occupation," and "C061 Current Employment Situation." Review and select the appropriate categories based on the specific case.
