● Dr. Frank Ko is currently the CEO and President of AUO. He has guided the Company’s business operations with the focus of innovation excellences; during his tenure as President and Chief Operating Officer since 2019, his leadership navigated the team and the Company to overcome obstacles by consolidating internal and external resources, delivering outstanding results under complexity and variability of the macro-environment. In March 2023, Frank was promoted to CEO and President, responsible for overseeing the Company’s overall operation plan and long-term development blueprint, expediting the biaxial transformation, deepening the Company’s industry competitiveness and core capabilities, and continuously deploying the planned layouts of market innovation and future possibilities unwaveringly.

Chris Hung has 20 years' experience of undertaking information technology research. His research areas include semiconductor, information system, consumer electronics, and macroeconomics. He leads or has led several large-scale projects regarding semiconductor SoC, smart electronics, digital content, online entertainment survey, new online service platform, smart home, industrial reforms, and telematics. Prior to joining MIC, he worked as a research manager of a leading securities firm, providing investment analysis for Taiwanese companies. Chris Hung holds a Master's degree in Economics from New York University. He is an APIAA-certified industrial consultant.

Mr. Hong-Jye Hong is currently VP of AUO’s Technology Development Office. In 1993, Mr. Hong was with the Electronic Research and Service Organization in Industry Technology Research Institute (ERSO/ITRI) for the development of flat panel displays. He joined AUO in 2001and was responsible for the R&D of displays with application to consumer electronics. Since 2002, he had been in charge of the R&D of TV displays and was appointed Associate VP of TV Display Product Development Center in 2008. In March 2012, he was promoted to VP of Display Product Unit. Mr. Hong received his Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts in the United States.

ST Liew is a Vice President of Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. and the President of Qualcomm Taiwan and South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand. ST was born in Malaysia and was educated in Malaysia, Singapore and the UK. His permanent home is Singapore.

In this role, ST is responsible for leading all business and operational functions for Qualcomm in the region. Prior to this role, ST served as the Vice President and President of Qualcomm Taiwan.

ST has more than 30 years of experience leading businesses and R&D in the telecommunication industry. Most recently ST was the President of Acer’s new Business Group SPBG that focused on R&D and Sales of non PC lines of product for the global market while living in Switzerland and later in Taiwan.

Before joining Acer, ST was in Motorola for over 18 years leading Regional R&D Teams and later in Product planning, business Teams across the world in products ranging from Mobile radios, Pagers, Data terminals to Cellular phones. ST has lived in China, Korea, USA and India during his tenure.

Liew received his MBA from the National University of Singapore, and holds a BSc. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Leeds, UK.

Sean Pien is the General Manager of Microsoft Taiwan where he leads the sales and marketing team across segments and business groups. He’s responsible for driving the strategic planning, execution, and revenue growth of Microsoft’s commercial business, including enterprise, public sector, small and medium businesses, services, developer, and partner ecosystem in Taiwan. Passionate about providing the best-in-class customer service, Sean is leading his team to enable Taiwan’s economies, organizations, and businesses to digitally transform with the right strategy, skills, and technology to ignite innovation, new ways of working, and new business models. In addition to his experience in tech, Sean has deep expertise and experience across various industries including finance, telecom, and IT. Since joining Microsoft as the Enterprise Commercial Lead in 2018, Sean has become known as a compassionate leader who motivates his team to realize their potential and deliver excellent results. In 2022, he was recognized internally as the recipient of the Top Subsidiary Enterprise Commercial Lead for leading his team to deliver outstanding achievements, resulting in Taiwan taking home the Top Subsidiary Award, handed out to the top performing subsidiary annually. Prior to Microsoft, Sean served as the General Manager of Thomson Reuters in Taiwan. He also served as the General Manager of International Data Corporation (IDC), and Executive Director of IDC Greater China Finance and Fintech. Sean is a graduate of Taiwan National Chiao Tung University, with a M.S degree in Business Administration and Financial Engineering. He is a devoted husband and father of one. Before Apr. 2023, Jim was Senior Director of Commercial Mobility Solution Development Office. Before Nov. 2020, he has been Senior Director of Transportation System Business Unit and X Project Office. Jim oversaw Mobile Product Quality Management Center for years before Nov. 2018.

Paul Wu is the founder and CEO of Carota. Carota ’s vision is to become a core supplier of connected car services between China and the rest of the world, serving various IoV application scenarios of vehicles, remote diagnostic services before serial problems occur, audio-visual entertainment platform, map navigation platform, electric vehicle battery energy management platform, ADAS automatic driving service, etc., and enter the car payment service when the time is ripe. Paul is the founder of General Mobile and the co-founder of the MOX mobile accelerator, focusing on many new projects in related industries. Paul has served as CEO of Pocketnet Tech., a mobile digital content provider, and has also served MediaTek, Hon Hai Foxconn Technology Group and Hong Kong Hutchison Whampoa's TOM Group.
