Colley Hwang is a veteran ICT industry analyst with 34 years of experience. He has witnessed the evolutions from PC to mobile communication in an ICT world that is now ready to embrace IoT, 5G and AI. He is the founder and president of DIGITIMES, which is dedicated to reporting ICT industry news. He has been a frequent speaker at universities in Taiwan and at many other events. He has written several insightful books about the trends of the ICT industry.

He is adviser to Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs, the city government of Taipei, the county government of Yilan and Sinocon Industrial Standards Foundation. He has given lectures and speeches about industry trends at many first-tier international ICT firms including Microsoft, TSMC, Foxconn, AUO, UMC, Acer, Lenovo, Samsung, Huawei, BOE, Applied Materials, Synopsys, Rohm and Epson. He is one of the most experienced industry experts and business managers in Taiwan.

Jay Onda has built his career on the forefront of innovation, technology, and design, to make visions of the future a reality. He brings over nine years of Corporate Venture and Innovation experience and over fifteen years of startup experience in Silicon Valley. His experience includes the transformation of NTT Docomo Innovation Inc, the launch of Yamaha Motors Ventures and Laboratories, and to identify disruptive innovations being developed within the Silicon Valley ecosystem for Orange Silicon Valley. He is also a dedicated supporter of the CVC and innovation ecosystems and have worked with Governments, Universities, and MNOs around the world sharing best practices and tactical strategies on integrating innovation into each of their unique operating culture. He also participates as an active mentor to accelerator programs.

Leland has built several fast-growth businesses in both Asia Pacific and Silicon Valley. Over the years, phireGEN has delivered highly strategic advisory work to firms around the globe spanning Spain, Kazakhstan, Korea, Brazil, Greater China, Hollywood USA, among others. Prior to this, Leland headed Facebook's Telecom Infra Project, and led GSMA (trade association for 800+ mobile carriers) through a major pivot that grew Mobile World Congress Shanghai by 73% annually over 7 years. Leland was part of the 2007 Terayon executive team (Nasdaq: TERN) when Motorola acquired it for USD 140M, and part of the 2001 eOn Communications’ IPO team (Nasdaq: EONC). He began his career in 1990 at Hutchison Telecom (SEHK: 2332).

Leland holds an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, both from UCLA, as well as a postgraduate fellowship in Public Policy from The Coro Foundation. He was named an Executive to Watch by Fierce Wireless Magazine and received an Award for Excellence in Technology, Media & Telecommunications from WI Harper. Leland served in the U.S. Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps. He is a U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) licensed pilot and an American Sailing Association (ASA) certified bareboat captain.

Mr. Nagayasu is currently Fellow in Marketing Division at Socionext, and responsible in technical marketing and promoting new business development. Before he joined Socionext in 2015, he was an head of software/solution development group at Panasonic System LSI division working for products such as video camera, TV, STB, and client terminals closely with brands and ODMs.

He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Tsukuba University, Japan.

Originally from Canada, over the past 20-years Ryan McClure has lived and worked across the United States, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia. Armed with an MBA and a love of learning, Ryan is passionate about digital transformation - specifically when it comes to the marketing industry. His digital agency, TWOMC, has a deep well of global experience serving both SME and global enterprise clients. TWOMC has also worked successfully with governments, PPPs and even international schools to help them see the digital transformation of marketing as a competitive advantage. In 2016 he started Skylar Solutions to tackle the digital transformation of the civilian and military defense industry. With a growing team of developers and early success, Skylar Solutions continues to push the envelope with technology for government clients in SEA.

Mitchell Weinstock is a Venture Partner at HP Tech Ventures, the corporate venture arm of HP, where he identifies promising, leading-edge technology startups and pursues strategic investments and partnerships to help those companies bring products to market and scale as they grow.

Externally liaising with the worldwide institutional VCs and the Corporate Venture community, country trade missions as well as HP Labs, HP business groups, their customers and their partners, Mitchell is defining new market segments, products and business models that will help shape HP’s future growth.

Mr. Tseng currently serves as the CEO of Taidah Entreprenuership Center (TEC), National Taiwan University. He is also an Advisor of Advanced Technology Advisory Committee and Commercialization Advisory Committee, Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI). Mr. Tseng previously served as Strategy Director and Head of Digital and Branding at Philips Taiwan. Prior to his role at Philips, he was Vice President of Yuanta Venture Capital. He is experienced in: startup mentoring, business strategy, new business development, digital transformation, and venture capital.

Chris (Christina) Hsiang is a Silicon Valley corporate attorney turned global innovation strategist and cross-border partnership matchmaker. Joseph Wang is currently the founder and CEO of OSENSE Technology Co., Ltd., he graduated from EMBA of Fudan University in Shanghai and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the Graduate Institute of Color and Illumination Technology of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. In 2016, he founded OSENSE Technology Co., Ltd., focusing on R&D and innovation related to AI, AR, VBIP indoor map creation systems. He is also the vice chairman of the Taiwan 3D Interaction and Display Association and the director of the Taiwan Association of Virtual and Augmented Reality.
