Che-Hoo joined APNIC in April 2017. His current responsibilities at APNIC include training, technical assistance, security outreach, internal infrastructure services and IT support, technical and security community engagement, and Internet infrastructure support. Before APNIC, Che-Hoo was in charge of Hong Kong Internet eXchange (HKIX) and the university IT infrastructure at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). He also worked for Level 3 Asia and FLAG Telecom Asia taking care of their IP business in the region. Vincent “Achie” Atienza has handled Globe Telecom’s peering, interconnection and strategy for 12 years. He is responsible for managing the end to end evolution/optimization of Globe’s IP ecosystem, focused on the core infrastructure that functions as the local & international Internet gateway. Prior to joining Globe, Achie managed Internet services products for Eastern Telecommunications Philippines Incorporated (ETPI).
Achie has been an active member of the Philippines’ Internet community for many years. He was instrumental in the rebirth of PHNOG and has held the position of Chair since 2015. He has also been a member of the Board of Trustees for ISOC-PH since 2013.

Joy Chan is the Deputy CEO at Taiwan Network and Information Center (TWNIC), her responsibility includes heading TWCERT/CC. Prior to this post, Joy was the Deputy Director General at CyberTrust Technology Institute of Institute For Information Industry (III), she has researched in IoT end point security and device identity. She was the PI for National Cyber Security Flagship project.

Joy had leading the research and development work for Yahoo! Products and services, she also spearheads innovation programs, Joy was the Head of Service Engineering for APAC and CTO for Yahoo! at Taiwan, where she was responsible for the service resilience and scalable system operations.

Joy is an experienced executive with extensive service experience with many large firms in the U.S. including IBM and Dow Jones. Her expertise lies in both software development and systems operation. Joy has prior worked at the National Center for High Performance and was also appointed to be at the National Science Council to review and allocate the science and technology budget for central government research organizations.

Dr. Ching-Heng Ku received Ph.D. degree in the Department of Computer and Information Science at National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan in 1999. He had worked as associate research scientist in the department of system and networking at National Center for High-performance Computing (NCHC) of Taiwan on 2000-2004.

He has been working for Taiwan Network Information Center (TWNIC) since 2004. He also has participated APNIC meeting since 2000 and had ever been the chair of the NIR Hostmaster workshop and the co-chair of Policy SIG, NIR SIG, and DB SIG at APNIC meeting. He had ever taken in charge of the Secretariat of Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force, and hold the Asia Pacific IPv6 summit and Asia Pacific IPv6 Task Force meeting, as well as supports organizing IPv6 Readiness Measurement BoF and IPv6 Deployment session in APNIC Conferences. He is now the director of IP department of TWNIC and take in charge of the IP Policy research and Number Resources Services at the TWNIC. He also took in charge of the project of IPv6 and RPKI deployment and promotion in Taiwan. He was the deputy director of the operation division in Internet Protocol Upgrade and Promotion Office of National Information and Communications Initiative Committee, Executive Yuan, Taiwan. He also joined the IPv6 upgrade and promotion program of MOTC and chaired the Advanced and complete IPv6 ecosystem promotion plan of NCC in Taiwan.

Geoff Huston AM is the Chief Scientist at APNIC, where he undertakes research on topics associated with Internet infrastructure, IP technologies and address distribution policies. From 1995 to 2005 Geoff was the Chief Internet Scientist at Telstra, where he provided a leading role in the construction and further development of Telstra's Internet service offerings, both in Australia and as part of Telstra's global operations. Prior to Telstra, Mr Huston worked for the Australian National University, where he lead the initial construction of the Internet in Australia in the late 1980s as the Technical Manager of the Australian Academic and Research Network.

He is the author of a number of books on IP technology and has authored numerous papers and columns. He was a member of the Internet Architecture Board from 1999 until 2005 and served as its Executive Director from 2001 to 2005. He is an active member of the Internet Engineering Task Force, where he currently chairs two Working Groups. He served on the Board of Trustees of the Internet Society from 1992 until 2001, and served a term as Chair of the Board in 1999. He has served on the Board of the Public Internet Registry and also on the Executive Council of APNIC. He chaired the Internet Engineering and Planning Group from 1992 until 2005. In 2020, Geoff was made a member in the general division of the Order of Australia (AM) for his role as a pioneer of the Internet in Australia.

Hui-Kai Su received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from National Chung-Cheng University in 2001 and 2006. He joined the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Formosa University in the spring of 2009. Currently, he is the dean of student affairs and a full professor at this university. His research interests include communication networks, embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), multimedia networks, network security, high-speed networks, etc.
