Artificial’ and ‘Intelligence’ are both equally essential to our needs and it is related to talent incubation. The best strategy is going to be optimization.
In the past 20 years, the mainstream has been shifted from the development of .com to mobile devices, and from Big Data to now AI. Each of these four stages embodies each’s significance and raises each’s victors. How Taiwan is going to navigate the era of AI will be paid the most attention by everyone around the world.

Edge generative AI has infinite potential, and with the explosive growth in terminal equipment, it is destined to surpass cloud AI.
The market for AI is boundless. We can’t even measure how many new applications will be created along with the advancement of AI. The Edge AI market is open to big enterprises and small businesses. Everyone has the same opportunities to compete for growth.
ST Liew, Vice President of Qualcomm Technologies and President of Qualcomm Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand
If there is no cloud, there is no AI. Cloud and edge technologies are not mutually exclusive but rather collaborative.
Public cloud services provide the most updated software, algorithms, and data security protection. Data has become the new oil, and generative AI should be a part of corporate data strategies. The application of data is being democratized, ending the monopoly on information asymmetry.
